We ARE Renewables is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Support Operator for our client’s Private Emergency Center.
As a back office support operator, you play a crucial role in monitoring the security of our clients customers. You are responsible for informing customers in a customer-friendly manner about the handling of incidents. You are an essential link in the call intake process, where you accept incoming telephone calls and email and handle them efficiently. In addition, dispatching service technicians is one of your responsibilities, ensuring that the right experts are on site at the right time.
  • Your responsibilities:
  • Informing customers about the progress of incident handling with a customer oriented approach.
  • Answering and handling incoming telephone calls and emails with a clear communication and solution orientation.
  • Dispatching service technicians and coordinating their efforts to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and streamlined operation of the alarm center;
  • Contributing to improving customer service processes and procedures;
Your profile:
  • Minimum MBO 3 level
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Careful and precise working attitude;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance due to time pressure for alarm handling;
  • Team-oriented attitude, with the availability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility to work during the day (70%) and in the evenings, nights and weekends (30%).
  • Experience in a private emergency center or call center is an advantage;
  • A Security Guard 2 diploma and/or basic Emergency Center Operator training is an advantage.

Location: Zoetermeer, Netherlands
Hours per week: 40 hours
Employment type: Temporary flex support
