Project Manager
Important in this position is:
- You are responsible for the project management of projects (TIC<5M) in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries;
- You are ultimately responsible for multidisciplinary engineering projects, from development to realization;
- You are responsible for the estimation, contract formation, planning, coordination, organization, control, safety and you continuously monitor quality, planning and
- budget;
- You lead the project team and you know how to coach your team members;
- Stakeholder management is essential; you have constant consultation with clients and you ensure smooth and correct communication.
- You are also responsible for the administration of projects until final delivery.
Requirements:
- A completed HBO/WO education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Process, Aerospace, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
- You have completed at least one relevant project management course, for example Lean, IPMA, PMBOK or Prince, or are willing to take it;
- You have approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a (lead) engineer or starting project manager and are ready for the next step;
- Experience with engineering;
- Your experience is preferably in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry;
- You would like to broaden your knowledge from, for example, monodisciplinary projects to multidisciplinary projects;
- You have sufficient technical background to manage and supervise projects;
- You are someone with a network and can organize well to ultimately oversee complex projects;
- Stakeholder management is second nature to you, you can work well together and are results-oriented;
- You speak and write English well. Dutch is an advantage.
