Site Supervisor International Projects
We Are Renewables is looking for an International Site Supervisor for one of our clients in the Energy sector. Scope of work is all installation activities for projects in the field of low and medium voltage electricity distribution, smart grids and energy automation systems. In this role you will be dedicated working for (inter)national datacenter projects.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned.
• Oversee completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget).
• Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team).
• Coordinate contractors before and during execution of work.
• Assess risks/opportunities at the construction site (e.g., economic, organizational or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, change request procedures).
• Monitor compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS guidelines.
• Lead qualified employees in one functional team.
Requirements:
• MBO/HBO qualification in electrical engineering/ technical qualification or a vocational education in electrical engineering with a lot of experience (5 years and more)
• A convincing record of professional experience with electrical equipment
• Ideally you have already been able to gain some intercultural experience
• You like to work on projects abroad for a longer time (3weeks on site, 1 week home)
• Business-fluent language skills in English (Dutch language would be great!)
• Driver’s license and EU passport
