Commissioning and Field Service Engineer Automation
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Field Service Engineer for one of our clients in the energy sector. Our client is looking for an engineer for the field service engineering team of the Process Solutions business unit in Assen.
Within Process Solutions we mainly work on:
- Medium/low voltage drives and distribution
- Plant automation
- Jack-up ships/rigs.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Commissioning and minor modifications of control & automation systems
- Plant automation, unit control panels and skid-based solutions.
- Testing work outside the office and commissioning at onshore/offshore.
- Reporting and documenting (drawings, logics, cause & effect).
- MBO and/or HBO course in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, especially within industrial automation and in IT
- Hardware: Cabinet drawings, Control and safety I/O
- Control software: Control narratives, sequences, logics
- Safety software: Safety narratives, cause and effect, logics
- IT (OT): PC hardware, PC operating systems, IT Security, IT Security, VMware (ESX)
- Communication protocols: Ethernet, Profibus, ProfiNET, Modbus (TCP, Serial), Telemetry, OPC, Hart
- PLC: Simatic Manager S7-300/400, TIA S7-1200/1500
- HMI: WinCC, WinCC flexible and TIA (PC-based, Panels)
- Process control system: PCS7
Hours: 40h
Contract: Temporary to permanent
