We ARE Renewables is opzoek naar een Projectleider Energie voor een onderwijsinstelling in Zeeland. Als projectleider ben je betrokken bij projecten die gericht zijn op het ontwikkelen van duurzame energiebronnen in jouw regio. Denk aan projecten m.b.t. duurzaamheid, hernieuwbare energie, zon, wind, waterkracht of waterstof. Je werkt samen met lokale overheden, bedrijven en onderwijsinstellingen om innovatieve oplossingen te vinden die de weg vrijmaken voor een groenere toekomst. Als projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter ons projectteam en verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, organiseren en leiden van deze projecten. Een achtergrond en netwerk binnen de lokale energie branche kunnen goed van pas komen in deze positie want je hebt de mogelijkheid om samen te werken met vooraanstaande experts, brancheorganisaties en andere belanghebbenden om een breed draagvlak te creëren voor duurzame energie-initiatieven. Jouw contacten kunnen leiden tot waardevolle partnerschappen en gezamenlijke projecten die de energietransitie in de regio versnellen.
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
- Jij hebt een goed begrip van de dynamiek van samenwerking tussen onderwijsinstellingen, bedrijven en overheidsinstanties en kunt effectieve samenwerkingsverbanden tot stand brengen;
- Jij hebt het vermogen om je snel vertrouwd te maken met nieuwe kennis en informatie die essentieel is voor het succesvol uitvoeren van een project;
- Jij hebt inzicht in het onderwijsbeleid en begrijpt hoe dit samenhangt met andere werkgebieden. Ervaring binnen een onderwijsinstelling geeft je een voorsprong;
- Jij bent in staat om te communiceren met opdrachtgevers en projectteams, en waardevolle adviezen te verstrekken met betrekking tot projecten binnen de energiesector;
- Jij beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt oog voor de behoeften van de klant. Je streeft altijd naar kwaliteit en hebt oog voor detail.
- Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding plus relevante werkervaring die je in staat stelt om op een hoog niveau te denken en te handelen.
- Een IPMA level D-certificering of bent bereid om dit certificaat te behalen, en je hebt uitgebreide kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagement;
- Ervaring met het schrijven en indienen van succesvolle subsidieaanvragen en begrijpt het belang van financiële ondersteuning bij projecten;
- Jij bent vaardig in het formuleren van duidelijke en gestructureerde projectplannen en kunt effectief communiceren met opdrachtgevers om hun behoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar concrete plannen;
- Jij hebt gedegen kennis van financiële processen en kunt deze effectief beheren binnen projecten, zodat het budget op een verantwoorde wijze wordt bewaakt;
Locatie: Terneuzen, hybride werken
Duur: 1 jaar met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
Werkuren: 32-40 uur per week
